STEP 1– Submit your online questionnaire and resume
The online questionnaire is used to replace the need of a cover letter to assess how and if you meet the education AND experience criteria listed in the essential AND as much asset qualifications you may have (if provided any). To ensure all requirement answers are collected successfully, we recommend that you follow the given sequence when filling out each item on the questionnaire. Keep your answers precise but include details sufficient to demonstrate your skills and experience as pertained to the position you are applying.

(For example, to demonstrate you have obtained a secondary school diploma, please also provide the institution you attended and the duration of attendance. For a degree obtained in post-secondary education, please include information on the major/minor of the degree as well.

To demonstrate you have achieved a skillset or experience required, please give details of context – under what job title and/or academic work environment, the duration of the experience, and how you obtained them i.e. through project, assignment, teamwork, participating in meetings etc. If possible, emphasize on how obtaining this particular skill has made you qualified for the position you are currently applying to.

Can your experience or skills be transferred to the new role? If yes, is it because of the similarity of the work environment or the transferrable nature of the skill? If not, how do you plan on making up the gap for you to qualify for the role? )
