Provision of administrative support services for various branches within the Area.
Anticipatory staffing pool - A pool of candidates will be established and may be used to staff permanent and temporary vacancies within the Southwest Nova Scotia Area Office. This process may be used to staff similar positions of various tenures, various security requirements and various linguistic profiles within the Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada in Southwest Nova Scotia.

EDUCATION
- Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training or experience, including experience gained in the Canadian Armed Forces
EXPERIENCE
- Experience providing client service or customer service (e.g. general public or internal/external clients)
