The intent of this process is to staff three (3) positions, two (2) permanent positions and one (1) term position, with Bilingual Imperative BBB/BBB linguistic profiles.
This process will be used to establish pools of partially or fully qualified candidates which could serve to staff various AS-02 group and level positions within Elections Canada. OUR POSITIONS ARE BILINGUAL with various linguistic profiles such as BBB/BBB, CBC/CBC or CCC/CCC.

Secondary school diploma or employer-approved alternatives
EXPERIENCE
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications such as Word, Visio, Excel, Outlook.
Experience in the provision of human resources support services.
Experience in the provision of financial support services.
Experience using a financial system, such as: Freebalance or Performance Budget for Human Capital (PBHC).
Bilingual - Imperative (BBB/BBB)
Information on language requirements
KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge of staffing procedures.
Knowledge of sections 32, 33 and 34 of the Financial Administration Act.
Knowledge of the Treasury Board Secretariat guideline on travel and hospitality expenditures.
