This position is in the Real Property Business Management Accounts Payable unit.
Duties as a Financial and Business Assistant would include, but not limited to:
• Pre-audit of accounts payable documentation prior to payment
• Authentication of documentation and authorities for the processing of transactions
• Financial analysis of expenditures and revenues
• General document management
• Liaison with project managers about project financials

Education:
A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
An acceptable combination would include training courses relevant to the position along with 2 years of work or volunteer experience relevant to the position.
Experience:
1. Experience creating and maintaining spreadsheets using spreadsheet software (such as Microsoft Excel)
2. Experience in one of the following: data entry, document verification, accounts verification, accounts payable, accounts receivable

Education:

1. Experience working with financial documents such as invoices, contracts, call-ups, purchase requisitions or purchase orders
2. Experience with SAP
Willing and able to work overtime, as needed
Reliability Status security clearance
Applicants must complete the Unsupervised Internet Test of Cognitive Ability - Level 1 as part of the screening for this selection process. This test assesses general problem solving and reasoning ability. You will have 60 minutes to complete the test. You must complete the test before you submit your application for this position.
