Your résumé.
Education:
- Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in human resources management, labour or industrial relations, psychology, public or business administration, organizational development, education sciences, social sciences, sociology, or in any other field relevant to the work to be performed.
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience providing advice and guidance to client-managers on staffing or recruitment issues.
Asset Qualifications:
- Experience using PeopleSoft 8.9.
- Experience in human resources planning.
- 3+ years of experience providing advice and guidance to client-managers on staffing or recruitment issues.
Operational Requirement:
- Ability and willingness to work overtime.
