Duties

Duties may include one or more of the following activities:

Coordinate fit-up projects.

Prepare conceptual fit-up drawings.

Prepare statements of requirements.

Complete the review construction drawings and specifications.

Prepare briefing notes.

Complete project progress follow-ups.

Preparing progress reports.

Intent of the process

A pool of pre-qualified or fully qualified candidates may be created to staff similar or identical positions with various tenure, various linguistic profiles and security requirements within the Courts Administration Service.

In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)

EDUCATION:
At minimum Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training or experience

Degree equivalency

Experience in providing recommendations and advice to clients and/or management in at least one (1) of the three (3) following areas:
- Real Property
- Facilities Management
- Project Management

Experience in coordinating property and facilities management (operations, maintenance, and building services)

Experience in the development of office design layouts/proposals

Experience in data analysis in order to produce reports

Experience in producing statements of requirements

If you possess any of the following, your application must also clearly explain how you meet it (other qualifications)

Experience with AutoCAD drawing software

Experience of the federal government’s policies, directives, standards and guidelines related to the acquisitions of goods and services.

Experience in interpreting the federal government’s standards in relevance to special purpose space fit-up.

Experience working in a judicial or quasi-judicial environment.

Experience interpreting technical drawings specifications
