A pool of partially qualified candidates will be established and could be used to staff identical or similar positions within Agents of Parliament with various tenures, various security clearance levels and/or various linguistic profiles.

ED : Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution or a college or technical school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and extensive experience related to the information management discipline.
Experience:
E1- Recent* and significant** experience in managing the implementation of policies, procedures and processes for managing information, including the establishment of electronic information repositories; taxonomies for the storage and retrieval of information; information retention periods for information of business value; and information disposition processes.
E2- Recent* and significant** experience in providing technical advice and guidance to senior management to plan, implement and control the evolution of information management programs.
E3- Experience in managing human resources***.
*Recent is defined as having performed the duties within the last three (3) years.
**Significant experience refers to the depth and breadth of experience acquired over a period of at least five (5) years on a full-time basis.
***Human resources management: applicants must clearly demonstrate that they have supervised staff, assigned work, and managed performance.
Willing and able to work overtime.
Bilingual - Imperative (CBC/CBC)
