Provision of operational, technical and logistical support services for Civil Aviation operations, including:
1. Prepares, composes, coordinates and/or reviews correspondence, documents and other materials submitted for approval / signature, verifying the accuracy of content (as required) and adherence to departmental procedures
2. Gathers and enters data into databases, verifies accuracy and generates reports and documents.
3. Responds to inquiries from internal and external clients, and/or redirects inquiries to the appropriate.

Education:
A Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
Experience:
Significant * experience providing client services (in person, by phone or in writing).
Experience using various software programs (e.g. Microsoft Office software, Outlook).
Experience providing administrative support in one or more of the following areas:
1) Office Administration
2) Information Management
*Significant is defined as experience normally acquired over a continuous period of 6 months.
Experience in providing electronic and/or hard-copy records management support services.
Experience interpreting and applying regulations, policies and administrative procedures.
Experience coordinating the organization and the logistics of meetings, teleconferences, seminars or workshops.
Experience preparing or writing documents, such as meetings minutes, letters, memos, briefing notes or reports.
Experience using databases for data analysis, manipulation, verification and data retrieval.
Experience providing operational support services, such as interpreting and entering data into a technical database, managing electronic documents, and/or writing technical correspondence documents.
Experience in exam monitoring, including confirming eligibility, collecting fees and/or supervising exams.
