Successful completion of secondary school or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience
Recent* experience in providing advice and guidance to the general public and clients by telephone, in person or electronically.
Recent* experience in coordinating and providing general program support services, clerical support or office services.
Experience using computers to perform word process, spreadsheets, research and electronic mail.
Experience with filing paper and electronic documents.
Experience handling correspondence.
Experience using a database for client records.
Experience in working in a technical or scientific environment or facility.

Completion of Post Secondary training or educational programs in General or Specialized (i.e. Certification, Medical, etc.) Administration
Experience in using media design software
