Education:
- Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training, and/or experience.
Experience:
- Experience in providing administrative support services.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (such as Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
Asset Qualification - Education:
- Successful completion of two years of a post-secondary program with specialization in business administration or another field relevant to the position.
Asset Qualifications - Experience:
- Experience in managing the office of an executive or equivalent (such as: managing the calendar; taking minutes, managing a Bring Forward (BF) system for tracking planning and scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements and preparing travel claims).
- Experience using a correspondence tracking system.
- Experience in providing administrative financial support.
- Experience using Government of Canada applications and systems such as Peoplesoft, SAP, HRG online, or GCDocs.
