After filling positions in our Controlled Substances and Cannabis Branch, a pool of qualified candidates will be created for future vacancies in similar PM-01 positions at both Health Canada and the Public Health Agency of Canada.
Our intent is to complete the assessment process as quickly as possible. Candidates are expected to check their e-mail and GCJobs accounts regularly for information on the process. Candidates who do not respond to inquiries from the assessment team by the required deadlines may be eliminated from consideration.
Interviews for this process will be completed via pre-recorded video interviews. Candidates will be asked to record their responses to interview questions using their own computer or mobile device. Information on the video interview process will be sent to candidates who are selected for an interview at a later date.

• Secondary school diploma or employer-approved alternatives
• At least one (1) year of experience providing information and services to clients either in person, in writing, or by telephone
• Experience in data entry using a records management or database system
• Experience working with and handling sensitive information
