Duties

Coordinates and provides program administration services in support of Natural Resources Canada's Housing Programs. Tasks include but are not limited to communications with stakeholders; preparation of documents; supporting Senior Program Officers; participation on project teams.

Intent of the process

A pool of fully or partially qualified candidates will be established through this process to staff identical or similar positions at Natural Resources Canada with various tenures, various linguistic requirements (imperative and/or non-imperative), various language requirements and profiles, various security requirements, various conditions of employment, and for various locations.

Please note that the immediate need is to staff a position at the Bilingual Imperative BBB/BBB level.

EDUCATION:
A secondary school diploma or employer-approved alternatives (see Note 1).

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE:
Experience working with a program or service delivered to the public.
Experience developing and maintaining collaborative working relationships with internal * and external ** stakeholders ***.

University degree from a recognized post-secondary institution.

Degree equivalency

Experience supporting project management activities to implement a major initiative, program or policy.
Experience supporting the management of data using spreadsheet software (e.g. MS Excel).
Experience supporting senior management in the delivery and promotion of projects or programs.
Experience managing a general mailbox.
Experience administering grants and contributions.
Experience preparing responses for senior management.
