At this time, we have a short term vacancy of up to 1 year. This process will be used to staff various potential future opportunities such as assignments, secondments, acting, specified period (term) and indeterminate appointments.

Your résumé.
-Successful completion of two year of an acceptable post-secondary educational program in computer science, information technology, or another specialty relevant to the position.
--At the manager's discretion, an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience may serve as an alternative to the minimum post-secondary education stated above. Whenever the minimum education is met via this alternative, it is met for the specific position only and must be re-assessed for other positions for which this alternative has been specified by the manager.
NOTE: Indeterminate incumbents of CS positions on May 10, 1999, who do not possess the education described above, are deemed to meet the minimum education standards based on their education, training and/or experience.
(*Recent experience is defined as within the last two years.)
-Recent experience implementing and supporting workstations, laptops and common peripherals in a networked environment.
-Recent experience providing network administration support and helpdesk service and working as a member of a computer support team.
-Recent experience providing appropriate training or advice on IT-related matters to users.
-Recent experience analyzing and resolving network, hardware or software problems.
-Recent experience configuring, administering and supporting mobile devices.
Asset Qualifications:
-Experience working with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) to image workstations, laptops and Surface Pro tablets.
-Experience in supporting various types of Client/Server applications.
-Experience with administration of Microsoft Exchange Server.
-Depth, breadth and scope of experience in any one or combination of the experience requirements
