Duties

The Senior Supervisor, Crisis Management, Recovery and Resolution Planning (CM-RRP) is accountable for conducting research and analysis on defined CM-RRP aspects, trends and developments. The incumbent contributes to providing advice, guidance and support to OSFIs’ Supervisory units on the CM-RRP framework, operational processes, guidelines and tools, and participates in the appropriate supervisory activities. There is also a responsibility to contribute to specific projects, training initiatives and other supporting internal and external activities.

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION
● A degree from a post-secondary institution, specializing in business, commerce, economics, accounting, mathematics, or another relevant field OR an acceptable combination of education, experience, and/or training.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
● Recent experience in the financial services sector* in one or more of the following key areas: Risk Management, Internal Audit, External Audit, supervision of financial institutions or related fields.
● Experience in writing reports.

* Financial services sector experience is defined as experience working in a financial institution, including banks, trust and loan companies, and firms dealing with financial services audits or consulting engagements, as well as government departments that directly deal with the supervision and regulation of these institutions.
