Then you should consider an HR Advisor position at Western Economic Diversification Canada. You will be working directly with a team that supports the Director, Centre of Expertise in a Headquarter environment. As a HR Advisor, you will be responsible for handling a wide variety of corporate files including Learning and development, HR planning, Employee Recognition and Relocations.

A pool of qualified candidates (fully assessed or partially assessed) may be established and may be used to staff similar positions at this group and level. Education:
Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in human resources management, labour or industrial relations, psychology, public or business administration, organizational development, education sciences, social sciences, sociology, or in any other field relevant to the work to be performed.
Indeterminate incumbents in the PE group on October 1, 1999, who do not possess the education level prescribed above, are deemed to meet the minimum education standard based on their education, training and/or experience.
Experience:
E1: Experience providing guidance or advice to employees or to managers on 2 or more of the following:
Human Resources/Business Administrative:
• Learning and development
• HR planning
• Employee recognition
• Budgeting and forecasting project management
• Relocation
• Business administrative services
E2: Experience in conducting research, analyzing information and providing solutions to clients.

• Experience working in a human resources disciplines

• Experience providing advice and recommendations to Managers on policy and procedural issues
• Experience in research and analysis in the application and interpretation of laws or regulations or policies.
• Depth, breadth and scope of experience in any one or combination of the experience requirements
