The intent of this process is to staff one (1) permanent position in Yellowknife, NT. A qualified pool of candidates may be established and may be used to staff similar positions on an indeterminate, term or acting basis.
Should a Civilian Member (CM) be found qualified and selected for appointment, the appointment will not result in a change of status to the Public Service (PS) category for the CM.

• A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience*.
*Proof of education and/or training will be required prior to appointment.
• Experience participating in budget development for operations or projects, and/or monitoring of variances.
• Experience reviewing and/or developing contractual documents and in monitoring contractor performance.
• Experience providing client-focused services in a business oriented organization.
ASSET QUALIFICATIONS:
• Successful completion of approved post-secondary training in Business Administration of a related field.
• Professional Real Property Designation: Certified Property Manager (CPM), Real Property Administrator (RPA), Facilities Management Administrator (FMA), Certified Facilities Manager (CFM), Certified Leasing Officer (CLO).
• Experience using SAP integrated system for real property, finance, procurement, and/or material management.
