Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
*Recent and **significant experience in the use of Microsoft Office software Word and Excel.
*Recent experience in providing services to clients.
DEFINITIONS:
*Recent is defined as within the last twelve (12) months.
**Significant is defined as the depth and breadth of experience normally associated with having performed a broad range of activities related to this task.
Experience in working in a call-centre or helpdesk environment.
Experience in coordinating meetings or planning events.
Experience in the completion of travel and/or hospitality claims.
Experience working with an electronic management information system.
Experience in providing financial support services.
Experience working in the field of records management.
Experience in preparing, verifying, editing and formatting of documents such as reports, briefing notes and correspondence.
Experience in providing administrative services and support.
Bilingual - Imperative (BBB/BBB)
