The intent of this process is to establish a pool of qualified candidates. The results of this process may be used to staff identical or similar positions of various tenures and various locations in Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC).
Positions to be filled: Number to be determined
Your résumé.
A secondary school diploma or a satisfactory score on the approved Public Services Commission test (GIT-320).
Experience in preparing reports electronically.
Experience in performing administrative duties in at least two of the following areas: contracting, making travel arrangements, human resources, budget, hospitability, or managing schedules.
Ability to use reasoning skills to solve problems (UIT)
Completion of two years of post-secondary education in a business administrative field.
Experience in using a financial system such as SAP or Oracle Financial System.
Experience in organizing events.

Applicants must successfully write General Competency Test - Level 2 (GCT2).
Applicants must complete the Public Service Entrance Exam: Test of Reasoning Unsupervised Internet Test (UIT) as part of the screening for this selection process. This test assesses reasoning and problem solving ability. You will have 90 minutes to complete the test. You must complete the test before you submit your application for this position.
