The Parole Board of Canada (PBC) in the Prairies (Edmonton) is looking for someone who can performs the following duties:
The selected candidate will report to the Regional Director General and his or her main responsibilities will be to:
-Actively coordinate and implement the regional vision to create a productive and caring workplace based on the well-being of people;
- Manage the regional project to build a strong and resilient workplace;
- Provide advice to senior managers on people management and well-being awareness and training for employees;
- Provide advice to senior managers, including the Regional Director General, on concrete ways to improve the employee experience;
- Organize, procure and/or deliver activities and tools related to people management and well-being;
- Liaise between the various initiatives related to workplace well-being and productivity.

The purpose of this recruitment is to create a list of potential candidates for casual employment.
The immediate needs is to fill one (1) position, as the Workplace Well-being Coordinator equivalent to an (AS-05/PE-03).
The pool may also be used in the future to staff similar positions on a temporary basis within the PBC.
This opportunity does not allow working remotely. Relocation and travel expenses incurred during the recruitment and selection process are the applicant's responsibility.

- Experience in the management and/or coordination of projects or programs;
- Experience providing guidance and advice to management;
- Experience providing advice on human resource and staffing issues.

- Degree from a university or acceptable combination of education and experience;
