EXPERIENCE:
PM-04
Significant* experience leading projects/programs**, or a minimum of three components of projects/programs**.
Experience providing advice and recommendations on a project/programs** to management***.

*Significant is defined as the depth and breadth of experience normally associated with the performance of duties over a period of three (3) years.
** Projects/Programs are defined as including all of the following components: initiating, planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring and controlling, reporting, communication, closing.
***Management is defined as a team leader, supervisor, or above.
