Experience analyzing requirements and validating specifications for the procurement of goods and services

Graduation from a recognized post-secondary institution in a field related to the duties of the positon (e.g. material management, logistics, supply chain management, business administration or other).
Successful completion of the Deployed Operational Procurement Process Course or completion of other courses related to the position being staffed.
Experience in the procurement of goods or services in the Federal Government of Canada
Experience providing advice and guidance
Experience evaluating proposals and awarding contracts.
Experience using Defence Resource Management Information System (DRMIS)
Experience supervising or directing the daily activities of a team.
Experience performing managerial administration tasks, such as performance reviews
Willing and able to work overtime as pre-authorized
Willing and able to attend employer directed training
Willing and able to travel for professional developmen
