We are a small team looking for a dynamic individual that want to make a change. Your role would be to hire, mentor and develop team members into the PSC workforce. You will collaborate remotely with the head office in the National Capital Region (NCR).

The results of this process will initially be used to staff this position indeterminately. A pool of qualified candidates may be established to staff identical or similar positions on an indeterminate or term basis within the Public Service Commission.
IMPORTANT: This pool may be used to staff similar positions in other organizations within the core public administration. Your résumé.
ED1: A diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution, from an educational program, of at least two years in computer science, information technology, information management or another specialty relevant to the position to be staffed.
EX1: Experience in the delivery of information technology projects using a software development lifecycle
EX2: Experience in providing advice and recommendations on complex IT issues to management
EX3: Significant* experience developing web applications or software using object oriented languages
*Significant is defined as depth and breadth of experience normally associated with the performance of those duties for a period of approximately three years.
AED1: Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with specialization in computer science, information technology, information management or another specialty relevant to the position to be staffed.
AEX1: Experience in the delivery of projects using a software development lifecycle using the Agile methodology
AEX2: Experience with open-source technologies
AEX3: Experience in software development using Java Spring framework
AEX4: Experience developing software in a continuous integration environment
AEX5: Experience in supervising teams, including the planning, coordination and assessment of the work performed by employees and/or contractors
Bilingual - Imperative (CBC/CBC)
