Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) has an exciting mandate that is central to
Government of Canada priorities and is the centre of action for government
research, policy and programming regarding Forestry, Mining, Energy and
Earth Sciences.
This process will be used to staff one position and a pool of fully qualified candidates may be established and used to staff similar AS03/04 within NRCAN across Canada with various tenures.

Education all streams:
Ed 1. Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience
Experience stream 1:
E1. Experience supporting the delivery of occupational health and safety projects and/or services for a large*, distributed** organization
E2. Experience providing advice and guidance to a range of clients and management
E3. Experience preparing reports or other documents for management
E4. Experience providing secretariat services for a committee
**Large is defined as 400+ employees
***Distributed is defined as 5+ locations across one country
Streams 2 and 3:
E1. Significant* experience supporting the management and/or delivery of occupational health and safety OR security projects and/or services to a large**, distributed*** organization
E2. Experience providing advice, guidance and/or recommendations to a range of clients and management
E3. Experience in preparing presentations, reports and/or other documents for management
E4. Experience in delivering technical or program training or information sessions to clients and management
*Significant is defined as having done this for two or more years as 80% of duties
