Experience in research and analysis in the application and interpretation of laws or regulations or policies.

Experience writing documents such as, but not limited to, reports, briefing materials or correspondence.

Experience assisting with representations, investigation plans, or complaint resolution or mediation.

APPLICABLE TO STREAM 2 ONLY - Senior ATIP Analyst, Operations:

Experience providing advice and recommendations to officials* on policy and procedural issues.

*Official is defined as managers (or equivalent) or above.

EXPERIENCES - APPLICABLE TO ALL STREAM:

Experience in developing and delivering presentations, information sessions or training sessions to a variety of audiences.

Experience in the use and administration of case management software or file management software.

APPLICABLE TO STREAM 2 ONLY - Senior ATIP Analyst, Operations:

Experience reviewing or developing Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) with other institutions related to the sharing of personal information.
