Daily work with inmates under federal custody and managing the Production Center and the Food service to Dorchester Minimum institution.
Minimum level security Institution under supervisdion of regional authority. Contact with staff of RPC and employees and Stakeholder of the institution.

EDUCATION:
A secondary school diploma or a satisfactory score on the PSC test approved as an alternative to a secondary school diploma; or an acceptable combination of education, training and (or) experience.
EXPERIENCE:
Significant* and recent* experience managing a team operation.
Experience managing financial and human resources.
* Recent is defined as experience acquired within the last 5 years
** Significant is defined as having the depth and breadth of experience that would normally be acquired over a period of approximately 2 years.
EDUCATION:
Graduation with a college diploma or degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in a field related to the position.
Possession of a valid recognized Safe Food Handling Program certification.
EXPERIENCE:
Experience implementing/maintaining a Quality Assurance program.
Experience working in a correctional environment.
Experience managing in a unionized environment.
Bilingual - Imperative (CBC/CBC)

Knowledge of inventory control methods and stock rotation practices.
Knowledge of commercial kitchen safety practices and procedures.
Knowledge of proper food handling and storage practices.
