The immediate need is to staff six (6) bilingual imperative BBB/BBB positions on an indeterminate basis.
A pool of fully or partially qualified candidates may be established through this process to staff identical or similar positions at Natural Resources Canada with various tenures (determinate period or indeterminate), various security requirements, various conditions of employment and for various locations.

Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
Experience providing service in a call centre environment.
Experience communicating with clients in person or in writing.
Experience in using spreadsheet software, an electronic mail system and a word processing system.
Experience in pay and / or finance.
Experience searching in databases such as GCDocs, PeopleSoft and Phoenix.
Experience in compensation services within the Federal Public Service.
Experience with benefits acts, regulations, rules and procedures within the Federal Public Service.
