Working with managers and senior program officers, you will contribute to the implementation, delivery and support of programs through the following tasks:
• Develop working relationships with various program stakeholders to support project implementation
• Support the tracking and evaluation of grant and contribution proposals and applications as well as prepare reports, as required/needed
• Support the development of briefing materials (e.g. notes, presentations, spreadsheets, etc.) for senior management
• Help with the development and/or production of reports, as identified in the program-reporting framework
• Produce related documentation associated with program communications activities.

Education:
Graduation with a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or eligibility for membership in a professional accounting association (CGA, CMA, CPA or CA)
OR
An acceptable combination of education, training and experience
Experience:
• Experience in gathering and analyzing information, preparing reports or documents for other users
• Experience in providing or presenting information verbally to others
• Experience in working collaboratively with others on projects or activities
* Experience is defined as engagement in the performance of these duties normally associated with a minimum period of two years
Education:
Graduation with a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in one of the following: Commerce, Business/Public Administration, Economics or Accounting
Experience:
• Experience in the delivery of economic development programs and services.
• Experience in working in a partnership role with officials from other federal departments, provincial/municipal governments, private sector or non-government organizations.

HOW TO STRUCTURE
You must answer the screening questions by clearly demonstrating how you meet each of the screening criteria (i.e. education, essential experiences and any asset experiences that apply). For further consideration, you must meet all the essential qualifications.
CONTENT
You must provide concrete and detailed examples. We encourage you to describe in detail when, where and how you gained the experiences. As an example, this could include a description of context, degree of complexity of the problem/task, actions undertaken and outcomes. The screening board will not make any assumptions about your experience. It is not sufficient to say that you have the required qualifications or to list your current duties.
Your résumé may be a secondary source to confirm the experience described in the screening questions. If an application does not clearly demonstrate how you meet the screening criteria, no further consideration will follow. Solicitation of incomplete or possible missing information will not occur.

A random selection process to identify applicants for further assessment may occur.
