Duties

The Culture and Conduct Risk Specialist positions within the Culture & Conduct Risk Division will be responsible for collaborating on the development and implementation of a robust and agile supervisory framework and methodology for the assessment of culture within an enterprise. Responsibilities will include working alongside other risk specialists in arriving at consolidated risk assessments as well as providing consulting advice on culture assessments, their outcomes and evolving/best industry practice to other OSFI divisions, and the executive group. Knowledge transfer, developing and coaching staff are key responsibilities of these positions.

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION
● A university degree specialising in sociology, psychology, behavioural science, organizational development, industrial organizational psychology, anthropology or other relevant specialization OR an acceptable combination of experience, education and/or training.

Degree equivalency

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
● Experience in at least two of the following:
o Experience in building cultural assessment frameworks within organizations.
o Experience designing and delivering organizational development programs in an organization.
o Experience conducting research in an applied (non-academic) setting.
o Experience in planning systematic change, and implementing and institutionalizing changes.
o Experience in conducting internal audits of organisational culture.
