Education
GT-02 and GT-03:
A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
Experience:
GT-02 and GT-03
EX1: Recent* experience in analyzing clients' requirements and in providing advice.
EX2: Recent* experience in conducting quality control measures of new and modified web documents.
EX3: Experience in preparing HTML and/or InDesign PDF documents for the purposes of electronic dissemination.
GT-03 only
EX4: Experience evaluating technology and/or recommending solutions for the purposes of electronic dissemination.
EX 5: Experience in specifying or applying standards, processes or procedures to ensure the quality of HTML and/or PDF format documents for the purposes of electronic dissemination

Asset Education:

Successful completion of two years of a post-secondary program in a field related to the position.

AEX1: Recent* experience coding HTML documents using the Government of Canada
Web Experience Toolkit (WET).
AEX2: Recent* experience using Adobe Dreamweaver or Drupal.
AEX3: Recent* experience using adaptive screen reader software technologies such as
JAWS, NVDA, Zoomtext, etc.
AEX4: Recent* experience using web accessibility validation tools such as WAVE, Vischeck, W3C Validator, etc
AEX5: Recent* experience in preparing online publications in PDF format using
InDesign.
AEX6: Recent* experience in creating charts in Microsoft Excel and/or Adobe Illustrator.
AEX7: Recent* experience coordinating work in a team or client environment.
AEX8: Experience instructing others on technical procedures related to HTML documents for the purposes of electronic dissemination.
