We are looking for individuals with experience in providing customer service and administration, with a willingness to learn financial procedures on the job. Your specific role as an Administrative Assistant may vary, but you will engage with internal and/or external clients, helping them understand department policy and procedures, assisting with administrative tasks, travel plans and expense claims. You will utilize your judgment and discretion for financial reviews and budget monitoring.
