The intent of this process is to fill one vacant position. This pool may also be used to staff similar positions of various tenures within the Department of Fisheries and Oceans for positions located in Moncton, NB.

EDUCATION
Secondary school diploma
EXPERIENCE
Experience in providing office management services and organizational support to an Executive.
Experience in managing the schedule and coordinating the daily operations and activities of a senior executive’s office. (Director level and above.)
Experience using various software (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
Experience in managing correspondence, including proofreading and editing correspondence for the purpose of quality control.
Experience coordinating the logistics for meetings and events.
Experience in interacting with senior organizational officials and external stakeholders.
ASSET EXPERIENCE
Experience in providing advice and guidance on Access to Information and Privacy (ATIP) policies and procedures.
Experience in making travel arrangements and preparing travel claims.
Recent and significant experience in the provision of administrative support to an executive.
(Significant defined as experience gained over a period of 2 years. Recent defined as within the past 5 years.)
Experience in Information Management.
Experience in providing office management services and organizational support to government officials.
Bilingual - Imperative (CCC/CCC)
