EDUCATION
Post-secondary education diploma or certificate from a recognized institution (Cegep or University) in document management, in archival or other domain related to the position.
OR
A combination of education* and experience**.
*High School Diploma
** Experience of at least two years within the last five years in information management or document management.
EXPERIENCE
Recent and significant experience (*) in document management in an electronic document and records management system (EDRMS).
Experience in providing advice to customer.
Experience writing and/or implementing a directive or policy regarding information management.
* Recent and meaningful means experience of a depth and breadth normally found in someone who has been working in the filed for six (6) consecutive month over the last two years.
ASSET
EXPERIENCE
Experience in the configuration of an EDRMS.
Experience in managing access in an EDRMS.
Experience in the implementation of initiatives linked to the Recordkeeping Directive of the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat.
