Intent of the process

To create a pool a qualified candidates that may be used to staff positions within the Public Service Commission of Canada with various language requirements, tenures and security levels subject to the hiring managers' approval.

In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)

EDUCATION:
- Secondary school diploma or employer-approved alternatives

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCES:
- Experience in providing client service in person, by telephone and/or e-mail
- Experience in coordinating, organizing and managing activities including the electronic agenda, meetings and/or meeting materials in an office setting

If you possess any of the following, your application must also clearly explain how you meet it (other qualifications)

ASSET QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in researching, extracting or analyzing data from various sources
- Experience in coordinating and tracking the flow of information and in maintain a bring-forward (BF) or filing system
- Experience in using a correspondence management software system such as a CCM Enterprise
- Experience in preparing travel arrangements for management and/or co-workers
