Intent to fill one indeterminate (permanent) FULL-TIME position. A pool of qualified candidates may be established and may be used to staff similar term and/or permanent positions.

EDUCATION:
A Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE:
Significant * experience providing client services (in person, by phone or in writing).
Experience using various software programs (e.g. Microsoft Office software, Outlook).
Experience providing administrative support.

*Significant is defined as experience normally acquired over a continuous period of 6 months.

EXPERIENCE:
Experience in providing electronic and/or hard-copy records management support services .
Experience interpreting and applying regulations, policies and administrative procedures.
Experience coordinating the organization and the logistics of meetings, teleconferences, seminars or workshops.
Experience preparing or writing documents, such as meetings minutes, letters, memos, briefing notes or reports.
Experience using databases for data analysis, manipulation, verification and data retrieval.
Experience providing operational support services, such as interpreting and entering data into a technical database, managing electronic documents, and/or writing technical correspondence documents.
Experience in exam monitoring, including confirming eligibility, collecting fees and/or supervising exams.

OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Willing and able to lift 40 LBs
Willingness to travel occasionally
