EDUCATION:
A secondary school diploma or employer-approved alternatives.
NOTE:
Acceptable experience and/or training in a field relevant to positions in the group is required when the education qualification specified for the position being staffed is a secondary school diploma or approved employer alternatives.
EXPERIENCE:
Significant* experience in providing administrative services including the management of an agenda (meeting, correspondence or other).
Experience in preparing and processing correspondence, such as reports, letters, emails and/or memos.
Experience in providing information to clients or management.
*Significant is defined as a minimum of one year experience within the last 5 years.

ASSET QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in working in an office environment where there are changing priorities and tight deadlines.
Experience using word processing and/or spreadsheet software program, such as Word and Excel.
Experience making travel arrangements.
Experience in drafting and proofreading various documents such as meeting minutes, acknowledgement of receipt, notice of meetings, reports, etc.
Experience in information management and records keeping (printed and electronic).
