The incumbent will be responsible for providing a full range of administrative support services to management. Here are some examples:
• Work with a minimum of supervision;
• Make travel arrangements and process expense claims for the entire team;
• Plan meetings and organize the director's agenda;
• Take care of the logistics of meetings, conferences, workshops and other important events;
• Monitor and control the flow of information through the executive's office, including telephone calls, e-mails and other inquiries;
• Establish priorities and tasks to be completed and ensure that the documents to be sent are completed in accordance with departmental guidelines.

A high school diploma or employer-approved alternatives*
