Intent of the process

A pool of qualified candidates will be established and will be used to staff AS-01 positions with a language requirement of CBC/CBC level, within the Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada in Fredericton, NB.

EDUCATION
A secondary school diploma

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE

Experience in providing service to internal and/or external clients;
Experience in providing service in a call centre or client service centre;
Experience entering and maintaining data in a computerized information system;
Experience in the use of the Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

If you possess any of the following, your application must also clearly explain how you meet it (other qualifications)

EXPERIENCE
Experience using an integrated financial systems, for example Oracle or SAP;
Experience providing client support for accounting operations
Experience using a tracking system to assign tickets in a customer service environment
