The job of an administrative coordinator is to be responsible for all activities related to administrative services for a Branch. This is a key position within the organization! The rare gem we are looking for will have to accomplish one or more of the following components:

Human resources component:
- Coordinate all human resources staffing requests.
- Work in collaboration with human resources advisors and assistants.
- Provide support to clients, their own team or management, on different procedures.

Finance component:
- Provide administrative services in the area of finance and budgeting.
- Validate expenditures, process invoices for signature and payment, resolve invoice issues, and provide budget information to the Director General.
- Prepare travel requests and expense reports.

Correspondence component:
- Research and summarize information to respond to various inquiries.
- Perform quality control of documentation related to a senior executive office.
- Assign, monitor and finalize correspondence files for the senior executive office
