In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)

EDUCATION:

EDU: Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCES:

E1: *Significant experience in review, monitoring or evaluating compliance with the Access to Information Act or any similar provincial laws.

E2: Experience in providing strategic advice and recommendations to **management on complex and sensitive issues.

E3: Experience in managing human and financial resources.

E4:*Significant experience in negotiating with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders to achieve results.

*Significant experience is defined as three (3) years.
**Management is defined as EX-02 level or equivalent, and above.

KNOWLEDGE:

K1: Knowledge of the Access to Information Act

EXPERIENCES:

AE1: Experience in the operations of a review, investigative, ombudsman or oversight body.

AE2: Experience working for the Federal Government at a managerial position.
