EDUCATION
Two years of an acceptable post-secondary program in computer science, information technology
OR
An acceptable combination of education, training and / or experience related to IT position
EXPERIENCES
Significant experience* in the maintenance of Windows infrastructure such as Microsoft Active Directory.
Recent experience ** in installation, configuration and management of software, personal computers and peripherals in a Windows 10 environment.
Recent experience ** to provide advice and guidance related to the use of IT.
* "Significant experience" means an experience lasting for a period of at least 12 months
** "Recent experience" refers to experience gained in the last 2 years.

QUALIFICATIONS CONSTITUTING AN ASSET
-Experience in the administration of applications and IT assets in a SCCM environment.
- Experience in the administration the Microsoft Exchange or Exchange Online email system.
- Experience in providing support services to users, particularly at the Microsoft Office Suite products and the Outlook e-mail system.
-Experience in project management to lead IT infrastructure projects.
-Experience management of group policies adapted to Windows operating systems.
-Experience providing support for mobile devices, including installation, configuration and support applications on different operating systems such as Android or iOS.
- Experience contributing to projects related to Infrastructure as a service solutions (IaaS) or enterprise-level software-service solutions (SaaS).
-Experience writing technical documents for IT systems and services, such as design and data flow diagrams, procedures, use cases, user needs, or detailed implementation documents.
