Assessment accommodation

In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)

Education:

A secondary school diploma Or an acceptable combination of training and/or experience*.

*An acceptable combination of training and/or experience is defined as:

- Completion of two years secondary school; and
- Training at the post-secondary level in a field related to the essential experience criteria; and
- A minimum of two years of cumulative experience within the last three years in a field related to the essential experience criteria.

Degree equivalency

Experience:

Experience in providing administrative support in at least two of the following activities: material management, contracting/procurement, real property, assets control/inventory, information management, travel, finance, human resources or any activities related to the position.

Experience working with software applications such as Microsoft suite, Internet, and Financial Systems like SAP.

Experience working in a team environment.

Experience in providing advice and/or recommendations to internal/external clients.
