EDUCATION: (ESSENTIAL)
Successful completion of secondary school diploma according to provincial/territorial standards or a satisfactory score on the PSC test approved as an alternative to a secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE: (ESSENTIAL)
- Experience* providing administrative support services to clients or management such as:
o Filing and tracking, and/or
o Organizing meetings, and/or
o Making travel arrangements, and/or
o Processing travel claims, and/or
o Handling correspondence; and/or
o Creating documents such as letters, minutes of meetings, reports and official correspondence
- Experience* in researching, analysing AND summarizing information.
- Experience* in the application of policies or regulations

*Minimum of one year experience

EDUCATION: (ASSET)
- Post-secondary (at least 2 years)
- Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution
