The Communications and Engagement Sector (CE) is responsible for internal and external communications services and programs, media relations, products and services. The Sector also provides leadership across the Service for the implementation of stakeholder and community relations, citizen engagement, victim services and restorative justice. The CE Sector is also responsible for parliamentary relations, ministerial services, correspondence, briefing requirements and linguistic services. The Translation and Editing Services Unit manages translation, editing and terminology services for CSC in addition to delivering the language quality control program for departmental national policy documents.
The immediate intent of this Job Opportunity Advertisement is to staff indeterminately, applicants should be aware that a pool of qualified candidates will be established and may be used to staff similar positions at this group and level.

EEDU1 - Successful completion of secondary school education or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
EEX1 - Experience in the coordination and monitoring of service requests for a large number of clients.
EEX2 - Experience in dealing with a large number of clients and service providers.
EEX3 - Experience in the provision of general administrative services (e.g., data entry, preparation of statistical reports, etc.).
EEX4 - Experience in maintaining electronic/paper filing and follow-up systems.
AEX1 - Experience working as a translation coordinator in a translation service environment.
AEX2 - Experience working in the federal government.
AEX3 - Experience working at the Correctional Service of Canada.
AEX4 - Experience in data entry, i.e. financial data entry.
Bilingual - Imperative (CBB/CBB)
