Please note that candidates (including persons employed in the Public Service) will not be considered to be in travel status or on government business and travel costs will not be reimbursed. Consequently, candidates will be responsible for travel costs.
The immediate need is to staff one position on an indeterminate basis with a linguistic profile of BBC/BBC.
A pool of qualified candidates may be established to staff similar temporary and/or permanent positions.
Should a CM be found qualified and selected for appointment, the appointment will not result in a change of status to another category for the member.

Education
A secondary school diploma or employer- approved alternative. Employer approved alternatives consists of a satisfactory score on the PSC test approved as an alternative; or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
AND
Successful completion of a Telecommunications Operator Training Program recognized by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP).
Experience
• Experience in providing service to clients by telephone or in person or in writing
• Experience in using various digital communication technologies, for example; police communication systems, dispatch systems, etc.
• Experience in providing administrative services.

• Experience in managing the operation or administration of the Operational Communications Centre (OCC)
