Public Services and Procurement Canada is recruiting dynamic team players interested in a career in Administrative Support (CR-04 level) for possible future vacancies in Edmonton, Calgary, Regina, Saskatoon, Winnipeg, or Yellowknife.

Coordinates information on behalf of the manager and staff, which includes document follow-up and creating and maintaining files; reads and handles correspondence and incoming and outgoing documents; and maintains a centralized information database.
Handles administrative and financial transactions for the unit and makes travel arrangements in accordance with departmental directives, policies and procedures.
Prepares reports and responds to requests for information on behalf of the manager and staff as well as callers and visitors.
Types and formats correspondence and reports. Provides assistance to the manager and staff in carrying out work related activities, such as organizing meetings, preparing documents for meetings, collecting data and purchasing supplies.
Files, classifies, codes, indexes, dispatches, checks and modifies the profiles of all paper and electronic files and records under Information Management’s responsibility.
