This is an anticipatory process. To do this, you must proceed using the following format: Use each selection criterion chosen as the header, then explain how you respond to this qualification.
A) from 1 to 2 paragraphs ONLY by criterion demonstrating that you have the necessary education and experience by providing concrete, clear and detailed examples;
B) The period (s) in which you performed the functions (from month - year to month - year), and
C) The position held. For a public service experience, you must specify the group and level, for example, AS-02.
The screening board members cannot and will not make assumptions about your experience. It is not enough to say that you have the required qualifications or to list your current or past duties.

EDUCATION:
Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in Economics, Sociology or Statistics.
Note: Candidates must always have a degree. The courses for the specialization must be acceptable and may have been taken at a recognized post-secondary institution, but not necessarily within a degree program in the required specialization. The specialization may also be obtained through an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
EXPERIENCE:
Experience conducting research and analysis of socio-economic or policy issues.
Experience preparing and writing documents such as briefing notes, policy papers, research reports or executive summaries using information from multiple sources.
ASSET QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience conducting research and analysis of Indigenous rights and/or issues.
Experience administering grant and contribution funding.
Experience conducting economic or financial analysis.
Experience with relational database management systems (e.g. MS Access, Oracle) and in using GIS applications (including ArcMap 10.x) for cartography and spatial analysis.
Experience negotiating or supporting negotiations with Indigenous groups or internal or external stakeholders.
Experience working directly with Indigenous groups.
