The successful candidate will be working in the heart of downtown Toronto at our office located at 130 King Street West. We have close proximity to the subway, restaurants and other key amenities. The office is a fast-paced legal environment where you would be working closely with lawyers, paralegals, and legal assistants.

EDUCATION:
- Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
EXPERIENCE:
- Experience maintaining a filing/document management system.
- Experience in liaising with client groups (for example: finance and procurement).
- Experience in data entry (for example: spreadsheets, information management systems, etc.).
ASSET QUALIFICATION - EDUCATION:
- Successful completion of a post-secondary program, with specialization in accounting, finance, business administration, commerce or economics.
ASSET QUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in using an online travel system (such as Expense Management Tool, online Booking Tool).
- Experience processing financial transactions using SAP.
- Experience working in the criminal justice system.
- Experience working in accounts payables.
