Duties

Provides administrative services to support the delivery of departmental programs and services offered to customers;

Maintains and updates databases and tracking systems work files, statistics, reports and correspondence;

You could be assessed using one (1) or several of the following methods: written tests, interviews, reference checks, roleplaying, practical exams and situational exercises.
