The process to file your applications requires you to:
1. Submit your resume and make sure to mention all relevant information associated with the position's requirements to show that you are the ideal candidate.
2. Following the closing date of the poster, only the applicants who have answered "yes" to all essential education and experience and provided the necessary information in their application will receive a document asking additional information to be completed by May 13, 2019.
3. Interviews will be taking place between May 30th, 2019 and June 7th, 2019.

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION:
- A secondary school diploma or *employer-approved alternatives.
*The employer-approved alternatives to a secondary school diploma are:
- A satisfactory score on the Public Service Commission test approved as an alternative to a secondary school diploma.
OR
- An acceptable combination of education and experience, including at least 3 years’ experience in support or client service.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:
- Experience providing services to internal and/or external clients.
- Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite or other similar software.
- Experience in providing guidance or recommendations to management.

Finance Officer
- Experience in the provision of financial and administrative services.
- Experience in preparing, analyzing and providing advice on budgetary forecasts, or budget reports, salary or non-salary forecasting.
Project Officer
- Experience in writing, researching, analyzing and/or consolidating information to prepare various documentations such as but not limited to: Correspondence, Reports, briefing notes, presentations and plans.
- Experience in coordinating planning and reporting activities.
Human Resources Officer
- Experience in supporting HR planning and other human resources services, such as but not limited to recruiting, training, etc.
Accommodations Officer
- Experience in coordinating and managing the ongoing maintenance of building, construction or renovations projects including tenant services.
- Experience in responding to building system failure requests.
- Experience in coordinating moves and installations projects.
Administrative / Executive Assistant
- Experience in providing administrative services and managing the day-to-day operations (i.e. managing the agenda, scheduling meeting, conferences etc.), in a senior management environment.
IM / Atip
- Experience in developing and delivering training and awareness sessions.
Web Publisher
- Experience in designing, creating and maintaining web content, such as webpages, websites and web-based products (e.g. interactive forms, maps and other applications).
- Experience using authoring software (such as Adobe Acrobat Pro, Dreamweaver or similar products), programming and scripting languages (such as HTML, Java and C++) and database management systems.

EDUCATION
- Post-secondary education with a specialization in a field relevant to the position or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience.
OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Depending on the position to staff, operational requirements could apply such as:
- Willingness and ability to work overtime
- Willingness and ability to travel
