Education:
- A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
Experience:
- Experience providing administrative support in an office environment.
- Experience using filing systems.
Assets Qualifications:
- Experience working in a legal environment.
- Experience working in a records and information management environment.
- Experience using GCDOCS as a records management system.
- Experience working in a mailroom. (Toronto only)
- Experience in the provision of mail delivery services. (Toronto only)

- Knowledge of Policy and guidelines of the Treasury Board related to Information Management in the Government of Canada.
- Knowledge of techniques, procedures and requirements for processing incoming and outgoing mail including mail security. (Toronto only)
